The day combines a short approach, zipline or kayak access depending on operating conditions, a guided walk into the dark chamber, a mud section, and a river swim before returning to Phong Nha. It is a soft cave introduction, not technical caving.
Weather and access conditions
The program is published as year-round, but water levels may change access. Entry method, water activity, timing, and the exact sequence depend on daily river levels, weather, operating rules, and guest comfort in water. No cave access or river condition is guaranteed. Guide-led safety

Physical requirements
Difficulty is Easy to Moderate. No caving experience is required, but guests should be comfortable wearing a helmet, walking on wet ground, entering muddy water, swimming, and getting completely wet and muddy.
